- Markedsverdi-estimat: the price the one dwelling Matrikkel records at the address would most likely sell for at the newest index quarter (as_of), not a takst and not a bank valuation. Condition, standard, view and the unit's layout are not inputs; status insufficient_data (ikke nok data) means the release's holdouts could not validate this dwelling type and market, and then no number is given.
- The dwelling_market_value model on the model platform: gradient-boosted trees on log price per m2 of BRA, fitted on arm's-length, whole-unit sales registered in Grunnboken (de-duplicated, index-adjusted with SSB 07221/14310), with the dwelling's Matrikkel BRA, type and year, the SSB 14737 tax basis, area price levels and Datakilde's location features. interval is a split-conformal 80 % interval; attribution lists the factors that moved this estimate from the model's average (TreeSHAP, as % effects that multiply out to the estimate). Rows are computed with the active release named by release_id and the fit named by artifact_sha256.
- The validation block is the release's held-out figures: MdAPE and 80 % interval coverage on the last six months of sales and on about a fifth of kommuner the fit did not see, beside the area median price per m2 and an asking-price model fitted on the same rows. A release is only built when it beats both on both holdouts with coverage within 75-85 %; until then the section holds no rows.
