What this does not say
Quoted verbatim from the section’s warnings field, exactly as the API returns it. They are not translated: a translation would show something other than what your response actually contains.
- Estimate, not a measurement and not an official classification: a screening composite of public map layers. Each component's own value and source is in components; read them rather than the single number, which weighs unlike things against each other.
- Method nuisance-v1. Every component has a 0-100 score (0 = nothing found, 100 = severe). noise: the loudest of the EU END Lden band (inside an END agglomeration with no band, below 55 dB, scored as 50 dB), the T-1442 zone (red 65 dB, yellow 55 dB) and the in-house road-noise model when it is available; 45 dB scores 0 and 75 dB 100; noise_basis names the source used. air_quality: NO2 and PM2.5 means over the last 365 days at the nearest station within 5 km with at least 30 days of readings, scored from the WHO 2021 guideline (10 and 5 µg/m³) to 40 and 15 µg/m³. radon: særlig høy 100, høy 75, moderat til lav 20, usikker null. contamination: a registered site within 50 m 100, within 100 m 50. power_line: an NVE overhead line 100 at 0 m to 0 at 300 m. ship: from the ship-exposure model when available.
- nuisance_index = sum(weight x score) / sum(weights of the components that have a score), weights noise 0.35, air_quality 0.20, radon 0.15, contamination 0.10, power_line 0.10, ship 0.10; null when fewer than 3 components have a score. weight_coverage is the share of the total weight that was available. A missing component is null and is left out, never counted as quiet or clean: outside END agglomerations and T-1442 zones most homes have no noise figure at all until the road-noise model covers them.

- validation lists each figure the model is checked by, against the reference named in it. value null with status not_yet_computed means the check has not been run on the data yet; it is not a pass.
