What this does not say

Quoted verbatim from the section’s warnings field, exactly as the API returns it. They are not translated: a translation would show something other than what your response actually contains.

Context for the kommune, not the address: all solar production capacity registered in Elhub for the kommune, ground-mounted parks and rooftops alike. It says how common solar is locally, not whether this roof suits it (see solar_potential).
Capacity is Elhub's installedCapacity, read as kW (the response states no unit), summed over metering-point types; solar_installed_kw_e18 and _e19 keep Elhub's two metering-point type codes apart as published, without inferring which are rooftop or prosumer installations. Elhub publishes from 2022; the snapshot is the latest published day, and the comparison is the latest snapshot at least a year earlier (null until a year of snapshots is held).
Per 1 000 inhabitants uses SSB's newest kommune population (population_year). A kommune merged or split after a snapshot can read wrongly until Elhub and SSB use the same codes.
