What this does not say

Quoted verbatim from the section’s warnings field, exactly as the API returns it. They are not translated: a translation would show something other than what your response actually contains.

  • An index for a price region, never a valuation of this address or its street. SSB defines only four city regions; for every other municipality region_scope is 'country' and the figures describe Norway, not this place.
  • region_scope is 'price_region' when SSB publishes one covering this address (Oslo med Bærum, Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim) and 'country' otherwise. An index is a change measure against SSB's base period, not a price level in kroner.
  • Every row is SSB's own. SSB discontinued 06035, so the kommune rows stop at its last published period; they are not continued from listing sites, whose terms do not permit redistributing their data.

Fields

7 of 13 fields are value fields — the ones that decide whether a record actually says anything. The rest are context: identifiers, codes and timestamps. Fields marked “open” return values to anonymous callers; the rest require a key.
