An aktsomhet (awareness) map is a national screening layer drawn at coarse scale: inside an area, a site-specific assessment is warranted; outside every area it says nothing about safety. It is not a hazard zone in the TEK17 sense. The flood areas are computed along rivers and streams from terrain and FKB water; they complement the detailed flood zones in hazard_zones, which exist only where NVE has mapped.
