What this does not say
Quoted verbatim from the section’s warnings field, exactly as the API returns it. They are not translated: a translation would show something other than what your response actually contains.
- Internal-use cached facts. Source retrieval time is unverified; source permissions must be approved before partner export.
- Zero area, room, bathroom and WC counts in the legacy dwelling cache are ambiguous and returned as null, not verified measurements. A genuine zero cannot be distinguished until source provenance is restored. Completeness measures area, rooms, bathrooms and WC; type and floor codes are context.
