What this does not say

Quoted verbatim from the section’s warnings field, exactly as the API returns it. They are not translated: a translation would show something other than what your response actually contains.

  • A national index (2015 = 100) of what it costs a builder to put up a detached wooden house (enebolig_tre, SSB 08653) or a block of flats (boligblokk, 08655): labour and materials, not the price of a finished home and not regional. change_12m_pct is the rise since the same month a year earlier.
  • by_trade breaks the total into groundwork, carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical, each with its own 12-month change; use it to index an old estimate trade by trade rather than with the average.

Fields

4 of 9 fields are value fields — the ones that decide whether a record actually says anything. The rest are context: identifiers, codes and timestamps. Fields marked “open” return values to anonymous callers; the rest require a key.

This is a real call against the public demo, from here. What appears below is what the API returned — not a sample.
