What this does not say
Quoted verbatim from the section’s warnings field, exactly as the API returns it. They are not translated: a translation would show something other than what your response actually contains.
- Cached internal-use data. A working live Matrikkel connection is not implied.
- Owner data and raw source payloads are excluded; inferred/backfilled area values are not official registered area. building_year (where a section derives it) is the year of the earliest status Matrikkelen recorded for the building, usually the permit; a house was often taken into use the year after.
