bygningsstatus is the last step the kommune recorded in Matrikkelen (rammetillatelse, igangsettingstillatelse, midlertidig brukstillatelse, ferdigattest, tatt i bruk…), not an inspection of the building: 'Tatt i bruk' without ferdigattest is the normal state for buildings from before 1998. units_not_approved counts bruksenheter registered as 'ikke godkjent bolig' (a sokkel used as a dwelling without approval, for example) among the cached units of this address; null when the units are not cached. No record until geonorge-matrikkel-bygningspunkt has loaded.
