What this does not say
Quoted verbatim from the section’s warnings field, exactly as the API returns it. They are not translated: a translation would show something other than what your response actually contains.
- Coverage an operator reports it can offer at the address in Nkom's annual survey (survey_year, reported at year end), not a subscription, a measured speed or a price. max_download_tier_mbit is the highest of Nkom's tiers (10, 30, 100, 1000 Mbit/s) offered by any technology; 0 means under 10 Mbit/s offered. cabled_available covers fiber and cable-TV networks; fiber_available is fiber alone. Nkom publishes these files without a stated licence; they are used here as Nkom's official statistics — confirm terms before redistributing in bulk.
- is_urban is Nkom's tettsted flag, has_dwelling and has_leisure_home say whether the address has a year-round dwelling or a cabin. The kommune and Norway shares are of all addresses in Nkom's file, dwellings and cabins alike.
Fields
5 of 14 fields are value fields — the ones that decide whether a record actually says anything. The rest are context: identifiers, codes and timestamps. Fields marked “open” return values to anonymous callers; the rest require a key.

This is a real call against the public demo, from here. What appears below is what the API returned — not a sample.
