What this does not say
Quoted verbatim from the section’s warnings field, exactly as the API returns it. They are not translated: a translation would show something other than what your response actually contains.
- Counts and shares of what kommuner have surveyed for universal design within 300 m straight-line distance of the address point: pedestrian paths, building entrances and HC parking, each with the surveyor's assessment for manual wheelchair, electric wheelchair and visual impairment. Not a universal-design certificate for any building, and says nothing about the dwelling itself.
- Shares are of assessed length: <axis>_path_share is the length assessed Tilgjengelig divided by the length assessed Tilgjengelig, Delvis tilgjengelig or Ikke tilgjengelig on that axis; Ikke vurdert is left out of both, and the share is null when nothing on that axis was assessed. Path length is clipped to the 300 m disc.
- The survey covers parts of built-up areas only, often years old (the source's own capture dates vary from 2010 onwards). accessibility_status not_surveyed_within_2km means no registration exists within 2 km and every count is null: the area is unsurveyed, not inaccessible. nothing_registered_within_radius means the survey reached the area but registered nothing within 300 m.
