PUBLIC DEMO · SELF-SERVICE API
Building and property data, straight into your product.
Search addresses and explore public property and area data through one API. The trial key covers public data. Detailed building and dwelling data require a separate access agreement; sources, coverage and limitations accompany the data.
176 data sources at the address, each with its source, age and caveats. Ten free requests with the trial key; then bundles bought from the account page.

The same rows from the API, for a whole county or every municipality, up to 80 years, as JSON, CSV or Parquet:
POST /api/v1/data-products/regional_economy/run
{"subject":{"type":"county","id":"32"},"parameters":{"from":"2005"}}One question about one municipality or county. Answers include sources and caveats. The demo does not remember earlier questions.
Describe what you want to build or investigate. Results distinguish sources callable today, data we hold, data not ingested, and data that needs an agreement.
01 / SOURCES AND QUALITY
Quality you can verify.
Registry facts are not a condition assessment. Resident data, alarm installations and live sensor readings are not included. Source agreements and permitted use are checked before fields are made available.
The documentation is open.
The API contract and data catalogue are publicly readable. They describe endpoints, fields, sources and limitations. The demo needs no sign-in; the trial key and the bundles serve the public fields. Data from the Cadastre (Matrikkelen) and other restricted sources require a separate agreement and are switched on per account; the links below do not expose household records.
A published contract does not mean every field is available for every address. Nationwide building coverage has not been verified. Coverage and source material are checked for the specific use.
